Typical end-to-end journey

Here is how most teams get up and running:

  1. Create an account — Sign up with your email or Google account and verify your email address.
  2. Connect a WhatsApp number — Go to WhatsApp Numbers and link your Business number. The number must reach a “Ready” status before you can send.
  3. Build your contact database — Go to Contacts and create contacts manually or import them from a CSV file.
  4. Organize your audience — Use Tags to label contacts and Lists to group them into audiences.
  5. Design a message template — Go to Templates, write your message in the Template Studio, and submit it to WhatsApp for approval. Approval typically takes a few minutes to a few hours.
  6. Launch a campaign — Once you have an approved template and a contact list, go to Campaigns and follow the step-by-step wizard to send your message.
  7. Monitor and reply — Check the Inbox to see incoming replies and respond directly.
  8. Grow your team — Invite teammates under Team Members and assign each one the right role and permissions.
