What is WhatGenius?

WhatGenius is a platform that helps businesses communicate with customers using WhatsApp Business, in a structured and professional way.

Instead of relying on personal phones or scattered conversations, WhatGenius gives teams a shared workspace to manage messages, templates, contacts, and conversations — all in one place.
