- Misrepresenting message purpose to obtain template approval
3.3 Harmful or illegal content
- Content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, or harassing
- Content that promotes fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
3.4 Platform abuse
- Excessive usage intended to overload or disrupt the Service
- Unauthorized access attempts or security probing
- Sharing account access in violation of plan limits
4. Business Responsibility
Businesses using WhatGenius are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining, managing, and documenting user consent
- Ensuring message content complies with WhatsApp policies
- Respecting user preferences and opt-out requests
- Complying with all applicable data protection and consumer laws
WhatGenius provides technical infrastructure only and does not control or approve business messaging content.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of the account or workspace
- Restriction of features or usage
- Reporting to WhatsApp or relevant authorities where required
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice to protect compliance and platform integrity.
6. Relationship With WhatsApp and Meta
WhatGenius is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta, including:
- Message blocking
- Account restrictions
- WABA suspension or termination
Businesses remain fully responsible for compliance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
